Our Educational Philosophy
At Arrows Homelearning Community, we believe that education is far more than academics—it is the lifelong process of cultivating wisdom, character, curiosity, and a love for God.
Everything we do seeks to fulfill our calling found in Psalm 127:4—to help parents prepare and sharpen their children like arrows, ready to be launched into God's purpose with confidence, conviction, wisdom, compassion and righteousness.
At Arrows, we believe homeschooling is more than an educational choice—it is a family lifestyle centered on discipleship, discovery, nurture, and community. We exist to partner with parents by offering Christ-centered academic and enrichment opportunities that complement learning at home, foster meaningful relationships, and encourage children to grow in wisdom, character, faith, and the knowledge of God. Through shared experiences and authentic community, we seek to nurture lifelong learners who are prepared to serve others and glorify God in every area of life.
Because every child is uniquely created by God, in His image, with individual gifts, interests, and learning styles, we value both academic growth and personal development, recognizing that true success is measured not only by knowledge gained but by wisdom lived, character formed, and faith strengthened.

Mission and Vision

Arrows Homelearning Community exists to provide Christ-centered academic, enrichment, and community experiences that help children grow in wisdom, character, and faith in God.
We envision a thriving community of homeschooling friends growing together through meaningful learning experiences and authentic relationships and developing their God given purposes.
We cultivate this community through academic classes, enrichment opportunities, field trips, service projects, and family gatherings.
Growing Together. Nurturing Arrows. For God's Glory.
Our Story
About us
Arrows Homelearning Community was born from something God placed deeply on my heart: to create a place where homeschooling families could pursue more than academic success—a place centered on Christ, discipleship, and an eternal perspective.
Rooted in Psalm 127:4, we are growing together, nurturing our arrows, and preparing the next generation to live boldly for God’s glory.
I know the homeschool journey can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly difficult, and no family should have to walk it alone. I wanted families to feel supported rather than like outcasts—to recognize that they are faithfully walking the path God has prepared for them.
Arrows is also a place where the road does not end after elementary school. It is a community where families can continue growing together, raising Kingdom-minded children, building meaningful friendships, and finding genuine connection without compromising their convictions to fit the pressures of the world.
Our Values

What we stand for
Heavenly-Minded
Everything begins and ends with God. We follow Christ, walk in step with the Holy Spirit, and seek to glorify God in all we do. We desire every aspect of learning and community to reflect a biblical worldview and draw families into a deeper knowledge and love of Him.
"Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
1 Corinthians 10:31
Community
We believe God designed families to grow in community, not isolation. We value authentic relationships, meaningful fellowship, mutual encouragement, and belonging where families can learn, serve, and walk alongside one another.
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near."
Hebrews 10: 24-25

Continual Growth
We believe learning extends beyond academics. We desire continual growth in wisdom, character, faith, and confidence.
"...asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God..."
Colossians 1: 9-10
Life-long Learning
We believe education should cultivate curiosity, inspire wonder, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
"A wise person will hear and increase in learning, And a person of understanding will acquire wise counsel..."
Proverbs 1: 5
Nurture the Whole person
Live in Service
Launch Well
We desire to create an environment where every child is known, encouraged, challenged, and supported. We nurture the whole child—mind, body, spirit, and emotions—preparing them not only for this life but for eternity.
"And fathers, do not provoke to anger your⁺ children, but nourish them in the discipline and admonition of the Lord."
Ephesians 6: 4
We believe every gift is given by God to bless others. We encourage families to serve with humility, compassion, and generosity in their homes, churches, and communities.
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms."
1 Peter 4: 10
An arrow is crafted with purpose, but it is made to be launched. Our desire is to prepare students to confidently pursue God's calling with wisdom, integrity, courage, and a heart that seeks His Kingdom above all else.
"Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth."
Psalm 127: 4
