Cancellation Policy

Arrows Homelearning Community is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered learning environment. Because this is a drop-off class, parents and guardians must review and agree to the following policies before their student may participate. Registration reserves a limited seat in the U.S. History class and allows Arrows Homelearning Community to plan for instruction, materials, and program expenses. Withdrawal before the semester begins: A full refund will be provided when written cancellation is received at least 5 days before the first class. Cancellations received fewer than 5 days before the first class will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Withdrawal after the semester begins: Tuition is nonrefundable once the fourth class has taken place. Student absences: Refunds, credits, and prorated tuition will not be provided for missed classes, vacations, schedule conflicts, illness, incomplete assignments, or a student’s decision to discontinue participation. Cancellation by Arrows: If Arrows cancels a class, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a makeup class, online session, alternate learning activity, or account credit. If Arrows permanently cancels the remaining portion of the course, families will receive a prorated refund for classes that cannot be provided. Severe weather and emergencies: Classes canceled because of severe weather, venue closure, or circumstances beyond Arrows’ control may be rescheduled or moved online. Refunds are not guaranteed when an alternate form of instruction is provided. Requests involving an extended medical emergency, family relocation, or another serious extenuating circumstance may be reviewed individually. Approval of a credit or exception is at the discretion of Arrows Homelearning Community and is not guaranteed. When concerns arise, the instructor will normally redirect the student and communicate with the parent. Serious, unsafe, or repeated behavior may require immediate parent pickup, a parent conference, a temporary suspension, or removal from the class. Tuition may not be refunded when removal results from a policy violation.
